Stock up, Load up and Be Prepared

A Part-time air guardsman works as a checker at local Von's.  Two women in full burkas buy every pre-paid cellphone in the store.  Clerk/airman gets to thinking about it.  Goes to Cotter and reports incident.  Cotter asks store for surveillance video.  It's scary enough that he contacts Fresno FBI.
FBI investigates and determines these women have been doing this all over the Valley.  Cell phones shipped through Canada to Iraq/Afghanistan where they become triggers for roadside bombs.
The Shell station at Peach and Shaw.  Every time a local GI goes there in fatigues they are asked specific questions.  What is your unit?  When are you deploying?  How many aircraft are you taking?
The F-16s out of Fresno fly CAP for west coast.  As such they are the first line of defense so they have the US 's most sophisticated air-to-air missiles.  Foreign
governments would like to get their hands on those missiles or at least learn how to build them.  Also how many we have, etc.  Two spy groups are working on it, one based at Fashion Fair Mall (the F-16s take-off pattern) and one based at Sierra Vista Mall (the F-16s landing pattern).
Cotter said the ragheads (But we don't profile.) are always probing the base.  Two dorks in a pickup show up at the front gate wanting to deliver a package marked Air National Guard, Fresno .  No postage, no UPS, no FedEx, no DHL, no nothing.  Just a probe.
I asked Cotter why we haven't seen anything about this in The Bee, on KMJ, on local TV news.  He said they're not interested.  Since Friday I've learned of two other things.  My brother-in-law Frank, (management at Avaya) had a Muslim tech who took a leave-of-absence for 6 weeks in Afghanistan .  After the 6 weeks were up he called from New York requesting an
extension.  Frank (who does profile) said, you're fired, and called the Fresno FBI who were very interested.  Don't know the outcome.
A Muslim who owns a liquor store in my former hometown of Kingsburg was constantly bugging customers to buy guns for him.  Finally one of the guys I grew up with called the FBI.
We are a country at war and the enemy is among us.  I don't care what Janet Napolitano says, it's a fight to the death and we should be prepared as possible.  Brother-in-law Frank has a theory and I think it may be closer to the truth than Homeland Security wants to admit.  There are a certain number (probably a large number) of Muslims among us who are awaiting the trigger date and will begin randomly killing as many of us as they can, sort of a Fort Hood on steroids.  I know I'm getting prepared to shoot back.
Two items of interest: Sheriff Margaret Mims wants to grant concealed carry
permits to all who are qualified.  Columnist Jim Boren, among the most bleeding of the bleeding heart liberals, says it's time for Fresno residents to arm themselves.  LOAD up, you can bet this is happening in places other than Fresno. ~ David Rayburn
P.S.: I was asked to send this to everyone in my address book.  Some of those I'm sending it to WILL NOT!  To those I say, "Get you head out of the sand and look around with an open mind or before you know it we will no longer be living in the land of the free and the brave!

Fast and Furious Danger Alert

If you've followed the recent news you know that the government's fast and furious coverup is going to affect every gun owner.   This is a Fast and Furious Danger Alert:  If you value your rights as a gun owner and want to continue to carry a concealed weapon then I would strongly suggest that you pay close attention to what is going on.  Weapons have been covertly allowed to pass from  American boarders to Mexico and then those very same guns have returned to kill American Citizens.  It has to stop and a special prosecutor must be assigned to this case forcing the government to reveal exactly what is going on.  Further, those responsible should... no MUST BE taken to court and punished for their act of treason.
Follow the news closely.  Your gun rights are at stake.

Gun Control... What Happens When Guns Are Removed From Society

Crime control or defense control, that is the question. Great Britain has, for all practical purposes, outlawed the private possession of firearms. Since the initiation of the prohibition, crime rates have soared and there are individuals in prison as a result of defending their homes with deadly force. Now British politicians have taken a next step which American gun-control groups have uniformly promised to be an absurdity – knife control. The government recently granted a five week knife amnesty period. During that time, even paring knives were turned in for disposal.

Such foreign antics should activate alarms for Americans as we watch our own anti-gun (ultimately anti-self-defense) politicians, activists and media expose their foreign-style philosophies and goals. As they ply their wares to the public and demonstrate a profound mistrust of ordinary law-abiding citizens, they also propagate firearm myths.

Guns in homes do not cause increased danger. The vast majority of both harmful and beneficial firearm incidents occur outside of homes and only eight percent of them by significantly related persons. There are six times more defensive gun uses (DGU’s) in the U.S. than there are aggressive uses. Of these DGU’s, the risk of death to the defender (where there is no criminal background) is three quarters of one-thousandth of one percent. Twelve out of thirteen suicides studies found that gun availability does not affect numbers of suicides. At school, firearm deaths are around thirty per year but two thousand youth are killed by their own parents and care-givers each year. In 1997, in Britain, there was a forty-four percent burglary rate compared to thirteen percent in America. Twenty-five times more youth are killed in automobile accidents then by firearms as well as six times more by drowning, four times more by fires and thirty-five times more by other causes.

Competing statistics do not take into account drug and alcohol involvement, criminal histories, gang involvement, sacio-economic status, percent of suicides, or whether the gun used was owned or kept by the home owner. A more effective way to control deaths and injuries would be to outlaw fire, swimming, cars, caregivers, and parents.

Abuse of the Constitution through Clintonian parsing of words and free-handed revision of history is a worse threat to Americans than guns. In spite of authoritative testimony from the likes of Madison, Adams, Jefferson and Henry or instruction from experts such as Tucker, Rawle, Story and Coxe, revisionists try to make Second Amendment words “keep” mean “store in a government armory” instead of “own” and “bear” to mean “use in the military” instead of “carry”. In order to accomplish their goals they are willing to turn the English language on its head thereby using the text against itself.

Civil liberty is at stake also. The fourth Amendment forbids search and seizure without probable cause. But the only way to enforce ownership prohibition is house-to-house searches or seizures conducted in completely unrelated law enforcement activities. Already, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms is able to ignore probable cause or lack of criminal intent when enforcing The Gun Control Act of 1968. If the text of the Second Amendment can be so maligned, which other liberties will follow?

Ruger LCP Pistol Video Review

Here's yet another concealed carry option you can consider when you need to carry but it's just too darn hot to do so with a large caliber weapon.  It's the Ruger LCP Pistol.  Ruger released this weapon about a year ago and sales have gone through the roof.  For a while you couldn't even get one without a considerable wait.  Now though they are readily available as production caught up.
I've snagged a good video that reviews it.  Hope you enjoy it.  It's pretty well done.

I must admit that I'm not a fan of the 380 caliber but also must admit that carrying the 380 is far better than carrying nothing at all.

VIDEO HOW TO CARRY, WHEN TO CARRY AND WHY

The person we're featuring today is one of our favorite video presenters on YouTube.  Sometimes we think he has way too much money, too many weapons and more time on his hands than anyone should legally have.  However, he does know what he's talking about and this video is proof positive.  It's about 17 minutes long but worth watching all the way through.  You'll learn excellent points as it relates to carrying a concealed weapon.  We hope you enjoy it.

CCW TOPIC GARNERS RESPONSES

Well, we've started the ball rolling on the topic of concealed carry.  Below are two of the responses we've gotten thus far.  Both are from the same person, a female, who believes that carrying a concealed weapon is a smart thing to do.

We agree with her and think you'll agree with her logic.

Winona K said:  I am a Christian.  I don't carry because I want to kill someone. But there are a lot of crazy people out there anymore, and you never know when the criminal might be carrying. And being a woman... we are at risk more than men because we are women. THAT is a huge safety factor. If more women carried, fewer might be kidnapped and killed.

I wonder if less people would have been killed in Arizona when the senator took a bullet to the brain, if some of the people that were carrying, would have killed the killer before he had a chance to take out so many innocent people.  Its people who are blind to our reality these days, that will wish someone had a gun when they are faced with life or death circumstances like the one in Arizona. Someday it could be you, and won't you be glad the stranger next to you had that concealed weapon and used it to save your life?

Carrying A Concealed Weapon. Your Life Depends On It.

It isn't often that you come across a web-site that is accurate, informative and useful in your everyday life.  That changes now!

As experts in the field of concealed carry and with years of experience to back up what we have to offer you'll find that this will be the last site you'll ever need as it relates to concealed carry and the safety of your friends, your family and yourself.

You can't depend on anyone but yourself to remain safe in today's society.  If you're not willing and able to defend those that you love, who will?  Police response is slow at best and it isn't their responsibility to prevent the crime.  They are responsible for investigating and prosecuting it after the fact.  You can't wait that long.  You must prevent anything that can harm you or your loved ones and friends.

So how do you do that?  Well, we would suggest getting your concealed weapons permit and then actually using it.  You'd be surprised how many people take the required classes and then never pick up a weapon again.  Not smart!

We're going to help change that mental attitude.  We'll convince you through our writings and video training just how important it is to take action and be safe.  We are sure you'll find great value in what we have to offer.  We've worked for over 45 years combined in the law enforcement and security fields and we know what we're talking about.  Now it's time to share that knowledge.  Stay with us.  You won't be sorry you did and the life you save could be your own.

We'll see you again soon with our first training posting.  Until then though be safe, be prepared and watch your back.
